Digitrrix provides software development, AI solutions, design, digital marketing, media, and e-commerce services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Digitrrix and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work as specified in their project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digitrrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
